The invention relates to a distributor for turbomachines, in particular for Francis or Kaplan turbines or pumps or pump turbines with a plurality of guide vanes, which are actuated via a respective link on a common adjusting member and each having a security element. There are adjusting devices in nozzles known, in which each of the transmission mechanisms has a security element that limits the transmitted torque during a closing operation on the vane. These safety elements are intended to prevent accidental jamming of a solid body between two adjacent vanes concentrating the full torque which can be applied by the actuation device on the common adjusting element to the vanes which are prevented from closing, which could cause damage to the vanes or the adjusting element. As such security elements, i.a. Scherbolzen or train break bolt used, which break before exceeding the maximum torque and thereby release the blade from the Association. Since foreign objects can enter the turbine and the diffuser with the water flow, there is a risk that the closing of the guide vanes will be hindered by a foreign body trapped in the diffuser. If there are no safety elements, the affected vane will be damaged during the closing process. The safety element ensures that the turbine's other vanes can securely close, even if a pair of vanes is obstructed by a foreign object. The blocked guide blade with security element is thus excluded from exceeding a defined force from the total movement of the distributor 1 and protected from damage. In the present example, only the transmission mechanism of every second guide blade is provided with the bending handle bar 6 according to the invention. The transmission mechanism of the intermediate blades is as hitherto by a (relentless) handlebar 4. After a break in the handlebar the vane is held by the bending body 7. A completely free movement of the vane in the flow is thus prevented. The tripping force is independent of the relationship between buckling force and installation length. The bending handlebar 6 can thereby also be used for Francis turbines, where a buckling element is not feasible for lack of buckling length. The bending rupture element 6 has a low dispersion of the release force in comparison to shear pins and articulated arms. This is ensured by the triggering via a preloaded screw connection and the low influence of friction due to large eccentricities on the bending body 7 and tension bolt 8. The remaining diffuser components can thereby be made smaller. The bending handlebar 6 according to the invention is well suited for turbines and pump turbines with high dynamic load. By the prestressed train-5 bolt 8, the load on the fracture section 12 is reduced and fatigue problems are reduced. The bending handlebar 6 is a simple and inexpensive component. After a trigger case, it can be easily replaced. This can also be done with mounted turbine or pump turbine, since the adjustment is mounted outside the turbine cover.
